We use your data to process voucher purchases and payments, deliver gift vouchers by email, maintain wallet balances and trip itineraries, confirm bookings, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-party services
We use trusted processors including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (data storage and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). Each processor handles data according to their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain guest wallet sessions and language preferences. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights on our hosted site to understand traffic and performance — these collect anonymised page views and Core Web Vitals, not personal profiles.
Retention
Voucher and wallet records are retained for as long as needed to honour balances and comply with financial regulations. You may request deletion of account data where no outstanding balance or legal obligation remains.
