These terms govern your use of Easy Gift Vouchers. By purchasing a gift voucher, redeeming credit, or booking travel through our platform, you agree to the conditions below.
Our service
Easy Gift Vouchers lets you send digital travel gift vouchers, redeem credit to a travel wallet, plan family itineraries, and book hotels and activities. Inventory is currently curated with live Expedia and Booking.com integrations planned.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers are digital travel credit denominated in euros unless stated otherwise. They do not expire. Vouchers may be redeemed in full or in part. Once activated after payment, vouchers are non-refundable except where required by law.
Wallet & redemption
Redeemed credit is stored in a travel wallet linked to your browser session or account. Wallet balances can be applied to bookings on Easy Gift Vouchers. You are responsible for safeguarding voucher codes before redemption.
Bookings & payments
Trip bookings may combine wallet credit and card payments processed by Stripe. Estimated prices are indicative until inventory providers confirm availability. We will notify you of any material changes before charging your card.
Cancellations
Voucher purchases may be cancelled before payment. After activation, vouchers follow the refund rules above. Trip booking cancellations depend on supplier policies; wallet credit refunded for cancelled bookings will be returned to your wallet.
Acceptable use
You may not use our platform for fraud, resale of vouchers in violation of these terms, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts or wallet access that breach these rules.
Liability
We provide the platform as-is and are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant voucher or booking, except where prohibited by law.
